The client is obligated to attend to and pay parking tickets that rise during the rental. In case of any unpaid parking tickets, Avant Car will increase the invoice for the handling fee of 13,00 € (tax included). In case of traffic violations Avant Car has a legal responsibility to deliver the drivers information to the proper institutions.
