1. It is mandatory to call the police in the following situations:

• The car accident includes injured party
• Unable to determine who is at fault
• Damage to private or public property (fence, lamppost etc.)
• Unknown damage participants (participants flee from the scene of the accident)
• Notice that your vehicle has been damaged on a marked parking spot

2. Fill out European report in the following situations:

• Exclusively when both parties are in agreement who is at fault for the car accident
• When the damage on the vehicle is minor

3. Mandatory documentation for reporting damage vehicles

• Sobriety test (if the police have been called)
• European report (if the police has not been called) – is located with vehicle documents
• Picture of Car Insurance policy and driver`s license of agreed upon party at fault
• Pictures of the car accident and pictures of the damage
• Doubled-sided copy of your driver`s license
• Filled out report for the damage event
• Reporting the damage to Avant Car to b2bpodrska@avantcar.hr
• After the completed procedure, reporting vehicle damage to the insurance of the agreed upon party at fault
